Among them，accidents and disasters are the most frequent，and the hazards are greater，and the disasters are much more peripheral. With the country's increasing emphasis on tourism and catering safety issues，laws and regulations on tourism and catering safety have been continuously improved，and the safety of tourism and catering industries has also been further protected. Looking forward to 2018，the security and protection of the tourism and catering industry will face new challenges. Issues such as high-speed railway takeaways，smart restaurants，and cross-border catering are all worth paying attention to and improving.
