    2017~2018年中国旅游餐饮业的安全形势分析与展望

    摘要

    2017年,我国旅游餐饮业持续发展,旅游餐饮业安全形势较好,但是仍有多起危及生命安全的餐饮安全事件。其中事故灾难最多,且危害较大,多殃及周边。随着国家对旅游餐饮安全问题的重视程度不断提高,旅游餐饮安全的法制法规不断完善,旅游餐饮业的安全也有了进一步的保障。展望2018年,旅游餐饮业的安全保障将面临新的挑战,高铁外卖、智能餐厅、跨界餐饮等问题都值得关注。

    Abstract

    In 2017,the tourism and catering industry in China continued to grow,and the tourism and catering industry was in a better security situation. However,there were still many food safety incidents that endangered life safety. Among them,accidents and disasters are the most frequent,and the hazards are greater,and the disasters are much more peripheral. With the country's increasing emphasis on tourism and catering safety issues,laws and regulations on tourism and catering safety have been continuously improved,and the safety of tourism and catering industries has also been further protected. Looking forward to 2018,the security and protection of the tourism and catering industry will face new challenges. Issues such as high-speed railway takeaways,smart restaurants,and cross-border catering are all worth paying attention to and improving.
