移动互联网时代,信息技术的不断更迭促使传统的银行转型升级服务类型,不断调整以适应移动化发展趋势。银行类服务应用APP是银行服务转型的载体,将传统金融业务和新型金融信息资讯服务转向移动终端,目前已成为消费者消费和财富管理的重要平台。本文首先分析了中国银行类服务应用APP的主要类型和功能,从手机银行、直销银行和信用卡银行的角度梳理了当前银行类服务APP的发展格局和使用情况,阐述了近年来市场上银行类服务应用APP的创新实践及其成效,最后指出我国银行类服务应用发展困境以及改进的对策。
