under the background of the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization，the pattern of agricultural production and management has undergone tremendous and important changes. Hollow rural areas，the weakening of the labor force and the non-agriculturalization of cultivated land and other factors have led the development of agriculture，especially grain industry，to encounter severe challenges. To address these issues，Chongzhou City has explored and formed the “agricultural co-operation system” for developing moderately-scalemanagement，which helps improve the scale management，specialization and organization of food production and management systems.
