Whether the structure of agricultural industry is reasonable or not plays a vital role in the development of agricultural production. At the present stage，the development of agriculture and rural economy in Sichuan has entered a new stage of development. The structure of agriculture and rural economy has been optimized under the macroeconomic regulation of the state and Sichuan province.. In this paper，case analysis is used to analyze the achievements，main practices and future development goals and specific measures of industrial restructuring with four cases of Neijiang pork，Xuanhan cattle industry，Meishan late-ripe citrus and Ya’an Camellia sinensis tea.
