The PPP model is one of the important methods which developed and been rapidly extended in recent years. How to improve operation mechanism，related policies and supporting services，so that PPP mode can be widely applied in agricultural field is a problem worth studying. Paper take Sichuan Province as an example to make an empirical study of Agriculture Infrastructures construction project，and puts forward effective application measures to ensure PPP mode.
