Deepening rural reforms in Sichuan is closely related to the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization in the new era. With the core of activating capital，land，and talents as the core，we will establish a sound institutional mechanism and policy system for the integration of urban and rural development，give full play to the role of the market，strengthen government guidance，and promote rural governance capacity. This article elaborates the main progress in promoting Sichuan’s rural reform from the following aspects：rural collective property rights institution，cultivation mechanism of new agricultural management system，innovation of financial input method and rural financial service，adjustment of agricultural support and protection policy，and urban and rural public service supply mechanism. It summarizes the four experiences of rural reform in Sichuan Province. To address to the five constraints of the existing reform，this article puts forward the ideas and suggestions for further deepening reform.
