The innovation of agricultural-operation system is a perfecting course based on the collective ownership and household contract system of rural lands. It involves not only in fosterage of new operation parts and innovation of management system over rural lands，but also closely in relation to improve the system of agricultural social service. By constantly exploring innovation of agricultural-operation system around the above three aspects，Sichuan has achieved the corresponding results. However，it still faces a series of institutional，policy and operational problems，which needs to be solved in the future.
