Green is the essential characteristic of agriculture. Agricultural production in Sichuan province is characterized by high input，high consumption，high pollution and low efficiency，which directly threatens the sustainable development of agriculture. Based on the analysis of the main methods，effects and existing problems of promoting agricultural green production mode in Sichuan，this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on integrating resources，highlighting key points，strengthening scientific and technological support，strengthening institutional mechanism innovation and on implementing ecological circular agriculture.
