Promoting the structural reform of agricultural supply-side is the fundamental way to improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural supply. Sichuan insists on the principle that “this golden signboard of a big agricultural province cannot be thrown away”，made important progress and remarkable achievements in advancing the structural reform of the agricultural supply side，and formed the experience of “adjusting the structure，improving the quality，engaging in processing，promoting integration，building bases，changing modes and activating factors”. However，there are still some problems and challenges. We need to make further efforts in establishing bases，building brands，engaging in processing，establishing a mechanism for integrative development，promoting green production method，improving the agricultural science and technology innovation system，and deepening innovation in rural reform and policy.
