Developing circular economy is an important part of promoting the construction of ecological civilization，and also an important content of transforming the pattern of economic development. As one of the ten major projects for the development of circular economy in China，the circular transformation of the park is an important impetus to the development of circular economy. In view of this article，through the analysis of the case of the industrial agglomeration area of the circular economy in Yingjing，Ya’an，the paths and measures are discussed for the construction of the industrial agglomeration area of the circular economy in Sichuan. It can hopefully provide an insight into the circular and industrial transformation of the industrial park.
