Reform of ecological civilization system and two mountains theory establishment promoted the recovery and development of the natural conservation area in Sichuan. As an important ecological barrier in the upper reaches of the Yangtze river and a hotspot of global biodiversity，Sichuan province has incorporated the construction of the natural conservation area into the decision of promoting green development and constructing a beautiful Sichuan. Natural conservation area in this paper，the concept and the development present situation，the value of development of natural conservation area in Sichuan province，requirements，and conditions，at present the main problem and advice are analyzed and interpreted，and the development of natural conservation area in Sichuan province is discussed.
