Industrial big data generally refers to data in the industrial sector and is increasingly becoming a key element in enhancing productivity，competitiveness and innovation in manufacturing，and it is the engine of driving the innovation and development of industrial Internet. Developed countries such as the United States，Germany have made relevant arrangements for industrial big data in strategic industries such as Advanced Manufacturing Industry and Industry 4.0，and strengthened their safety and security by introducing laws and regulations，developing data security technologies and other measures. China also attaches great importance to industrial big data security. The Network Security Law，National Cyberspace Security Strategy，Guidance to Deepen the Development of Industrial Internet of “Internet plus Advance Manufacturing Industry” and other documents put forward measures to strengthen data security and these documents are also the security requirement of big industrial data.
