Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City is in a period of accelerated development，and it has a sound development foundation in terms of industrial scale，industrial platform construction，industrial layout and business environment. However，the high-end industrial agglomeration effect has not yet formed. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of industry development in Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City. It puts forward to grasp the important opportunities by the trend of the global scientific and technological revolution and the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area in the future. It suggests to focus on the development of knowledge and information industries，new materials and smart manufacturing，biology and health，and “four new” economies.
