青年群体特征与新媒体传播特征的交错，催生青年政治参与实现由“现实政治生活空间”向特殊的“虚拟政治生活空间”转换。本研究采用实证的研究方法，聚焦如何实现新媒体环境下青年政治参与的有效性与有序性这一问题展开研究。主要分析新媒体环境下青年政治参与的行为特性及主要问题，提出实现基于新媒体的青年政治参与有序性与有效性的对策建议，包括新媒体环境下青年政治参与的制度和平台构建。
<<The intersection of the characteristics of youth group and the communication of new media lead to the transformation of youth political participation from “real political life space” to “virtual political life space”. This research uses the empirical research method to focus on how to realize the effectiveness and orderliness of youth political participation in new media. This paper mainly analyzes the behavior characteristics and main problems of youth political participation under the new media，and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to realize the orderliness and effectiveness of youth political participation under the new media，including the establishment of youth political participation system and platform under the new media.
