随着传播科技的高速发展,新媒体形态以及随之勃兴的新媒体产业不断革新与发展。当前,原生新媒体机构不断裂变,传统媒体转向新媒体,政府与企业等社会组织相继嫁接新媒体因素导致新媒体人才需求旺盛。本文以2017~2018年各新媒体机构发布的1000条岗位招聘信息为研究样本,通过词频分析方法描述了新媒体岗位对从业人员能力结构的要求,描摹出2018年新媒体人才能力需求画像并勾勒出未来新媒体人才需求走向。
<<With the rapid development and iteration of science and technology supported by the media,new media forms and the booming new media industry emerge in endlessly. At present,the original new media organizations are constantly fission and the traditional media turn to the new media field. The government and the enterprise grafted the new media one after another,which led the society to have a strong demand for new media talents. This paper takes 1000 new media job recruitment information released by various units from 2017 to 2018 as the research sample. Through word frequency analysis,this paper describes the overall requirements of the new media posts for the employees’ ability structure,in order to draw a portrait of the new media talents’ ability demand in 2018 and outline the future new media talents’ demand trend.
