Industrial structure was continuously optimized，resources for sharing were continuously enriched，content for sharing tended to be diverse，and competition in the sharing field was increasingly fierce. Now，Shared economy went into the integration phase. At the same time，issues such as the incompatibility of the credit system and the legal system，the concentration of capital and the imperfect monitoring system，the single mode of profit-making and the guarantee of the rights and interests of users have also gradually emerged. In order to promote the healthy development of the shared economy，our country must strengthen the sharing of the top-level economic design and build a diversified and coordinated system of shared economic governance. In the future，with the innovation and development of network information technology，the shared economy will accelerate the integration with the entities，the industry consolidation will deepen，and the ecology and globalization will become the strategic priorities for the development of the enterprise. China will become the innovator and leader of the global shared economy.
