2017年中国互联网知识付费市场持续发展,延续2016年“知识付费元年”的高速发展态势:知识付费用户规模增速超过100%;用户群体主要是来自一、二线城市的中等收入的“80后”“90后”群体;平台化、实用化、头部化、音频化、低价化成为其市场供求的显著特征。未来我国知识付费市场仍将持续发展,但用户增速可能放缓,用户留存问题凸显,这主要缘于知识付费平台面临着多方面的现实挑战:内容的同质化竞争,优质内容持续生产困难,服务和互动功能不足,版权保护和智能技术升级等问题,从而难以持续精准推出合适的优质内容,满足用户的知识付费体验诉求。切实解决上述现实难题是未来我国知识付费市场持续健康发展的必然要求。

Although China’s knowledge payment market will maintain momentum in the following days,the growth of user scale can slow down and the problems of users retention can be serious due to many practical challenges confronted by knowledge payment platforms:homogeneity of content,difficulty of continuous production of high-quality content,lack of services and interactive functions,copyright protection and upgrading of intellectual technology and other problems. Thus,it is difficult to consistently and accurately launch high-quality content and satisfy the appeal of users’ knowledge payment experience. Taken together,it is necessary to solve the above problems for continuous and sound development of China’s knowledge payment market in the future.
