The development of Internet has been speeded up by wireless intelligent communications in 2017. New technologies，such as big data and AI，have deepened the layout of utilization. Media convergence is coming to the stage across other industrial field. The media with political background and the new media platforms showed significant effects on communication and increased positive energy on network. New media made the relations change in the public opinion fields. The internet users also changed when old people joined in as well as youngsters. The range and depth of public opinion are both expanding，and each individual on the internet could set the agenda relatively. The laws of ethnics and sentiments in public opinion are evolved by layers，and the middle income group paid more attention to topics on security，quality and education. To the new government media，there are more unions of themselves，more videos and services as well. The issues of information authority，and replying people’s messages became increasingly important in 2017. The governance of Internet has been enhanced according to laws. Facing with a complex change of public opinion fields，this paper presents that the mechanism of estimation of public opinion in advance should be established.
