泰国是世界十大旅游目的地之一,也是东盟国家中接待国际游客最多的国家。近年来,泰国政府制订旅游业发展计划,采取了一系列鼓励和扶持政策措施,大力建设与完善旅游基础设施,努力提升旅游服务质量,积极参与东盟区域旅游一体化。随着东盟国家旅游业的迅速发展,区域旅游市场结构发生了新的变化,泰国的旅游业将面临来自邻国的激烈竞争。
<<Thailand has been ranked as one of thetop ten tourism destinationsin the world,and receives themost overseas tourists among ASEAN countries. With the rapid development of Thailand's tourism industry,the market structure of tourism has undergone a great changes,but it also faces fierce competition from other ASEAN countries. This paper uses theories of international competitiveness and tourism locationto explain the development of the tourism industry and analyze the main measures of promoting the development of Thailand tourism industry,and alsoputs forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the development of the tourism industry in Thailand.
