The informational technology innovation in the Internet era provides an opportunity for the model innovation of public cultural service. Combining the analysis of the integration of internet and public cultural services with the case study of the“Internet+public culture”service pattern in Xiacheng Hangzhou，this paper discusses the practice of the internet information technology promoting the model innovation of public cultural service，summarizes its existence insufficiency. In order to promote the technical application and technical service capacity of public cultural services，to accelerate the construction of a modern system of public cultural service，some measures be proposed，such as changing the concept，mechanism innovation，technical training and relying on the project，and so on.
