近年来我国居民生活水平不断提高,文化消费理念在住宿行业不断渗透,引发了民宿行业的快速发展及壮大。互联网影响着居民需求和消费习惯的改变,对民宿行业发展的影响也越来越大。本文首先剖析了互联网时代下我国民宿行业发展的规模、结构、创新和融资现状,其次分析了民宿行业在互联网时代下面临的服务供给、营销、客户、经营和风险等方面的挑战,最后提出推进互联网时代下我国民宿行业健康发展的对策建议。
<<In recent years,the living standard of Chinese residents has been continuously improved and the concept of cultural consumption has been infiltrated in the accommodation industry,which has led to the rapid development of the Bed and Breakfast industry. The Internet impacts the changes of the needs and consumption habits of residents,which shows growing influence on the development of the Bed and Breakfast industry. In this paper,the status quo of scale,structure,innovation and financing of China's Bed and Breakfast industry in the Internet era was first analyzed,followed by the analyses of the challenges of service supply,marketing,customer,operation and risk of the Bed and Breakfast industry. Suggestions were also given on the healthy development of China's Bed and Breakfast Industry in the Internet era.
