公共文化参与和文化消费是公民满足其精神文化需求的重要方式,因此,应当从多个层面寻求两者对接的空间和内容。当下,尤其重要的是通过在公共文化场馆引入类市场化元素,构建“互联网+”信息集成平台,大力开发公共文化场馆文创产品,完善对接互动保障机制等多方面的方法与措施,从供给、需求两侧发力,拓宽并落实公共文化参与和文化消费的衔接通道和路径,切实保障公民的文化权利,实现我国公共文化事业和文化产业的共同繁荣发展。
