“Culture+Technology”has become an important way to promote cultural and technological innovation. The essence of“Culture+Technology”is the integration of culture industries and technology. The main content of this paper is to study the mechanism of industry convergence embodied in“Culture+Technology”from the perspective of industry convergence，to understand the structure and operation mechanism of the industrial system，to probe several basic patterns of the convergence，to recognize the important role of cultural and technological integration in improving industrial performance，promoting the transformation and upgrading of cultural industries，breaking the boundaries of industry，changing the competing situation and enhancing the contribution of cultural industries to the national economy.
