Since China has been actively guiding the integration of culture and technology，both culture and technology have rapidly developed. This paper first summarizes the current situation of the integration of Chinese culture and high technology，then explains the development trend from the intelligent technology to intellectual technology，proposes what the ultimate meaning of information technology is to the revolution of human intelligence. Then also，brings forward the future technological revolution trend for the integration of “artificial intelligence” and “human intelligence ”，and describes the cultural technology by cultural standardization. Finally，specifies the cultural technology system from the perspective of people and cultural products，which provides a basis to judge the developmental trend of cultural technology.
