Zhengzhou University has carried out a comprehensive and in-depth development of innovation and entrepreneurship. Led by promoting the students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability，it adopts the model of “centralized construction，open sharing，special management and common use and compensable use” of resources，collects the innovative recourses of the school enterprise，and actively explores the new mode of the open and sharing of the large instruments and equipment usage of the school. The case study of Zhengzhou University provides useful reference in terms of open resource sharing platform for universities.
