    构建双创基地运行长效机制的调查与思考——以昊华骏化为例

    摘要

    昊华骏化以“技术创新在基层”的全员创新文化为源泉,以十个双创科研创新平台建设为支撑,采取高效的双创项目化管理模式,有机结合创新内在动力、有效运行、不断发展三个方面的双创机制,构成一种公司创新活动不断循环增值的系统,并贯穿于企业创新创业的整个过程。昊华骏化的实践表明,企业要积极推进双创常态化、项目化、机制化,带动产品创新、生产流程创新、服务创新、商务流程创新和商业模式创新等综合创新,加快企业转型升级,提升核心竞争力。

    Abstract

    Junhua Group adopts the innovation culture of “innovation from bottom up” as the innovation resource,takes their ten scientific research innovation platform as the support,and uses a high efficient project oriented management model. At the same time,Junhua Group integrates the entrepreneurship and innovation mechanism in three aspects,named the inside motivation,effective operation and continuous development of entrepreneurship. As a result,Junhua Group has set up valued-added company innovation system which runs through the whole process of enterprise innovation and entrepreneurship. The practice of Junhua Group shows that enterprises should actively promote the normalization,project oriented and institutionalization of entrepreneurship and innovation,and promote comprehensive innovation such as product innovation,production process innovation,service innovation,business process innovation and business model innovation. Therefore,enterprises would be able to speed up the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and enhance their core competitiveness.
