Talents lead innovation，innovation drives development，hence the implementation of talent strategy are important strategic measures for China's economic transformation and development under the new normal. The growth and development of talent are closely related to the ecological system in which the talent is located，therefore to build a talent ecological environment is the prerequisite for the production and gathering of talents. In order to improve the status of the ecological environment of talents and increase the attraction of talents gathering in Henan，this study taking Henan innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration zones as the research object，with the demand of existence and development of talents，and analysis the current situation and existing problems of the ecological environment for innovation and entrepreneurship. Finally，this paper also puts forward the feasible suggestions to optimize the talents ecological environment.
