The governance of local government plays an important role in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship. However，there are issues regards to policy communication，expansion of innovation and entrepreneurship and single government measures，also lack of attention in macro policy coordination，inconsistency of different parties，and short of innovation spirit cultivation. Therefore，we should strengthen the innovation of government governance，deepen the reform of “FangGuanFu”，clarify government and market responsibilities. We should also strengthen the overall arrangement，build the regional innovation system and strengthen the joint force of the policy while establish the dynamic assessment mechanism. We need to attach importance to the development of private enterprises and create a favorable atmosphere for the innovation and entrepreneurship activities of the private economy.
