Henan entrepreneurship and innovation economy is now stepping into the era of innovative resources sharing. It will become a key player in further promoting business start-ups and innovation and the “new force” of economic and social development of the whole province. However，there are still many problems and challenges between the integration and sharing of enterprises，government and social innovation resources in Henan，such as disunion of understanding，incompatibility of system，mismatch between supply and demand，and inadequate guarantee. It is necessary to conduct macro guidance and adjustment from the guiding ideology and development principles，jointly explore innovative resource integration and sharing path with the three parties of enterprises，government and society.
