However，with the development of the entrepreneurship and innovation was deepened，the current policies are facing some challenges regarding to stimulate the vitality of the market development，such as the different attitudes from internal and external parties，some room for improvement during the process of policy implementation，etc. In order to further stimulate the development of entrepreneurship and innovation，promote the policy implementation and reduce business cost，thereby to create a sound innovation and entrepreneurship ecological environment，it is necessary to further deepen the reform of “FangGuanFu”，strengthen the talents introduction，and set up department inspector，while activate financial support and establish evaluation mechanism.
