Currently，there are some issues existing in the supply of Henan public services，such as insufficient scale，low quality and unbalanced development. It is proved that promoting the diversification of the basic public service supply mode is an effective way to resolve the contradiction of basic public service demand. It is of great significance to improve the basic public service system，to ensure their equal access to basic public services，and to enhance the sense of gain，happiness and security of the public. In the case of Henan，there are opportunities and challenges，advantages and disadvantages coexisting in diversifying public service supply mode. Therefore，in the process of promoting，we should be based on the reality of Henan，take the initiative to adapt the requirements of the main social contradictions and changes，make multiple policies and apply it，activate the multivariate supply body，build a cooperative supply mechanism，and promote orderly transition of the supply mode from “traditional” to “modern”.
