With the land output of 584 corn family farms was interpreted variable，and individual characteristics of family farmers，endowment of family farm resources，external production environment，government support policy as explanatory variable，this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of family farms efficiency. The result shows that there is a significantly positive correlation between the breeding level，the level of agricultural technology，the area of the family farm，the type of management，the use of soil testing technology，the availability of operational loans，the availability of mechanized services and the family farms efficiency. While there is a significantly negative correlation between the land scale of the family farm，the demonstration of family farms，the registered trademarks and the family farms efficiency.
