In 2017，the service industry in Shandong province has developed steadily. The leading role to the economic and social development has been strengthened，and the quality and benefit has been promoted in an all-round way，and it has become the main motive force of the economic growth of the province. At the same time，compared with the developed provinces，the gap of service industry in Shandong has further expanded.
