健康人力资本的研究起源于经济学领域,但由于其以“人”为核心,应用面已经扩大到了教育学、社会学、管理学等学科,尤其是随着知识经济和“健康中国2030”战略时代的到来,跨学科视角的研究更是势在必行。本文根据健康人力资本在经济学的研究回顾与述评,总结出当前比较成熟的理论,同时系统性地整合了管理学领域中较为分散的研究,并对健康人力资本的影响因素和实施效果进行了归纳,最后建立一套适用于管理学领域研究的体系。文章丰富了人力资本理论的基础研究,也为企业获取竞争优势,实现可持续发展带来理论指引。
<<Health human capital research originated in economics. However,on the basis of people-oriented value,its application has expanded to pedagogy,sociology,management and other disciplines. Particularly with the development of knowledge economy and the advent of the strategic era of Healthy China 2030,the research under interdisciplinary perspective is imperative. Based on the review and comment of health human capital in economics research,the author sums up the current theories which are quite mature,and systematically integrates those dispersed research in the field of management. The influential factors and effects of the health human capital are concluded,and finally a set of suitable system for management research is established. This paper not only enriches the basic research of human capital theories,but also provides a theoretical guidance for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages and for management investigators to realize sustainable discovery.
