The integration of production and education is an important guiding ideology to speed up the development of modern vocational education. It is put forward by referring to and absorbing the experiences of talent training in vocational education in developed countries，and combining those experiences with the reality of China. As the vocational education as a whole cannot adapt to the industrial demand and development，according to the present situation of Sichuan Province and based on the successful cases of integration of production and education in recent years，educational researchers suggest to innovate the talent training mode by applying “multi-level”，“diversified”，and “multi-dimensional” solutions.
