教师出国访学作为高校参与国际交流合作的主要方式,对实现高校人才国际化和高等教育国际化具有重要意义。为提高四川高校教师出国访学的积极性,根据需求激励理论将教师访学的需求、收获及两者间差异进行对比,发现已有访学项目未充分考虑不同教师的需求差异,教师访学未从学习输入阶段转向成果输出阶段,访学管理服务质量仍有待提升。为此,高校可探索建立差异化需求导向、专业化咨询培训、项目化绩效评价、信息化管理服务的“四位一体”教师访学激励机制。
<<As a main way for colleges and universities to participate in international communication and cooperation,faculty’s overseas academic visiting is of great significance to the internationalization of college and university talents and higher education. To enhance the enthusiasm of the faculty in Sichuan province for overseas academic visiting,this paper compares the demand and gain of faculty’s overseas academic visiting according to the Demand Motivation Theory. It is found that the existing academic visiting programs fail to take full consideration of the different demands of teachers,causing that the academic visiting of faculty has not yet shifted from the input stage to the output stage and that the management and service qualities of overseas academic visiting still need to be improved. To this end,colleges and universities could establish a “four in one” academic visiting incentive mechanism including differentiated demand orientations,specialized consulting and training,project performance evaluation,and information management services.
