本文以四川大学2016年“实践及国际课程周”(UniversityImmersionProgram,UIP)中165名外籍教师为研究对象,对他们的个人教学效能感和一般教学效能感两个维度六个方面进行调查研究,以了解国际小学期中外籍教师自我效能感现状、分析成因并挖掘影响外籍教师自我效能的主要因素,并从教学管理层面提出针对性的意见及建议:优化课程设置;完善教学管理及其实施保障;设置灵活、多样化的课程考核标准;加强师生交流以及监控教学质量等。以教师自我效能感这个全新的角度对国际小学期展开研究,在一定程度上丰富了教师自我效能感研究的内涵,拓展了国际小学期的研究视角。
<<Taking the 165 foreign teachers of Sichuan University’s University Immersion Program(UIP)in 2016 as the research object,this paper investigates the foreign teacher’s personal teaching efficacy and general teaching efficacy from six aspects,aiming to understand the status of the self-efficacy of the foreign teachers in the international summer school,analyze the cause and explore the main factors affecting the self-efficacy of the foreign teachers. Based on the study,the following pertinent suggestions are put forward from the level of teaching management:optimizing the curriculum design,perfecting the teaching management and its implementation guarantee,formulating flexible and diversified curriculum assessment standards,strengthening the communication between teachers and students,and monitoring the quality of teaching. This paper studies the international summer school from the new perspective of teachers’ self-efficacy,which to some extent enriches the connotation of the study of teachers’ sense of self-efficacy and expands the research perspective of international summer school.
