本报告从北京市水资源缺乏的现状入手,构建了北京市水资源供需仿真模型。模型包括需求侧的生活用水、环境用水、工业用水和农业用水,供给侧的地表水、地下水、再生水、南水北调水和应急用水。模型仿真从再生水变化、南水北调水量变化、北京市人口变化、北京市人均用水量、环境用水量五个方面设计变量,比较了预测用水量和目标以及预测供水量,进而提出了有针对性的五条建议。
<<Beijing,as the capital of China,is also a city without enough water. In this study,a water resources supply and demand simulation model of Beijing is constructed. The model is composed by two parts:demand and supply. Water demands include domestic water,environmental water,industrial water and agricultural water. Water supply consist of surface water,groundwater,reclaimed water,“South to North” water and emergency water. The simulation model designed variables based on reclaimed water changes,south-to-north water diversion,permanent population and water consumption per capita. Predicted water consumption/ supply have been compared with preset target. According to the results,five executable suggestions are given from different aspects.
