The construction for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei worksafety emergency linkage system is one of the important construction contents for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy. It gives a guarantee on the worksafety accident prevention and control for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy whose core is the strategy to ease non capital function，the planning and construction of Xiongan newly developed area，and the construction of the sub-center in Beijing. In this paper，the progress for the work of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebeicooperating to deal with accidents is carded，the construction contents needing gradually advance for the worksafety emergency response system is proposed. Five difficult points is analyzed，which including insufficient law and order，unbalanced basis of emergency work，Insufficient coverage of rescue capability in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional，less long-term supports for the work of emergency rescue teams，and insufficient capacity of staff. At the end，the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
