1990~2016年,京津冀地区公路里程由5。73万公里增长到22。68万公里,年均增长5。43%,公路密度提高2。94倍;1995~2016年,京津冀地区高速公路长度由443公里增长到8723公里,年均增长15。25%,高速公路建设大大提高了京津冀区域互通效率,使各县市到北京的通行时间减少50%(1。5~5。6小时);当前在规划指导下京津冀公路建设、断头路改造快速推进。目前,京津冀地区仍存在城市间公路交通通行效率不稳定、部分县市通达性差且通行时间长、公路基础设施建设欠均衡等突出问题。“十三五”期间,应统筹兼顾、总体布局,构建内外通达、作用显著的公路体系;加快完善多层级畅通的公路网络结构,提高通行效率;促进公路基础设施均衡化发展,形成多中心网络化结构;推进公路交通信息化、智能化,实现管理、服务一体化。
<<From 1990 to 2016,the kilometers of the highway increased from 57,300 km to 226800 km with an average annual increase of 5.43%,and the highway density increased 2.94 times. From 1995 to 2016,the kilometers of the expressway increased from 443 km to 8723 km with an average annual increase of 15.25%,which have greatly improved the traffic efficiency. For example,the traffic time of each county to Beijing reduced by more than 50%,which is about 1.5h to 5.6h. At present,under the guidance of the planning strategy,highway construction in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is underway. However,in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region there still exist the outstanding problems of the traffic efficiency among cities being instable,some counties have poor accessibility and the construction of highway infrastructure is unbalanced. During the period of the 13th five-year plan,the construction of highway infrastructure should be under the guidance of the overall planning and overall layout. Multilevel-expedite highway network structure should be improved,which can enhance traffic efficiency. Balance regional highway infrastructure construction and to form a “polycentric,latticed” structure. Promoting the informatization and intelligentialize of highway traffic and realizing the integration of management and service.
