Since the reform and opening-up，the Accessibility Environment Construction of Beijing City has achieved positive results. Through the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games especially，the level of urban Accessibility Environment has been greatly improved. By the chance of holding the 2022 Beijing Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games，the leading role of government on accessibility environment construction should be made a full advantage，and the level of accessibility environment construction should be align with the international advanced standards. We would highly promote the public engagement and attach great importance to society，pushing the urban accessibility environment construction to a new stage. The urban accessibility environment construction of Beijing city would become the symbol to demonstrate the level of civilization in the capital city and build a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
