The development direction of elderly care service industrialization is significant in the near future of this industry in China，and it is also the main trend of Beijing’s future elderly care service. Firstly，through analyzing the both demand and supply side，this essay states the present situation of elderly care service industry in Beijing. Then the development prospect of Beijing’s elderly care service industrialization is analyzed based on the current data collected. According to the trend of elderly care service industrialization，this essay also introduces the main points of development of the three modes in Beijing’s elderly care service，which is namely focusing on information service of family-based care for the aged，optimization on estate development of community-based care for the aged and emphasis on combination of medical treatment and endowment in institute-based care for the aged. Finally，aiming at achieving the industrialization of elderly service effectively，proposals put forward by the essay are that perfecting relevant policies，playing the role of government，innovating contents of service and guaranteeing adequate talents in this industry are necessary.
