Beijing has made remarkable achievements in strengthening the social security and social services for persons with disabilities. This article analyzes the social security and service items of disabled persons in Beijing，such as minimum living allowance，“two subsidies”，social insurance，health care，education and employment，and so on，to find out its strengths and weaknesses. In order to perfect social security and social services for persons with disabilities in Beijing，we should focus on cultivating the employability of disabled people，strengthening the specialization of social service agencies and personnel of disabled people，providing personalized services for different disabled people.
