In recent years，the development of compulsory education in Beijing has made remarkable achievements. But in the process of development，there are also some problems，such as the gap of educational input in each district and the imbalance of urban and rural development. According to the above findings，it puts forward some policy suggestions，such as increasing investment in weak areas，reforming the system of performance wage and coordinating the development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas.
