北京作为我国的政治中心、文化中心,承担着文化发展的重要功能。本报告分析2017年北京文化传播的现状。首都在地传播具有快速、协同和创新的特点,但公共服务效能有待提升;北京文创产业发展机遇与挑战并存;文化传播持续辐射全国,但群众需求未能得到凸显;海外文化交流活跃,但对文化产业出口的带动作用不明显。本报告提出,要以市场为导向,提升公共服务效能;以需求为旨归,满足民众的文化“获得感”;以文化产品竞争力为目标,强化文化贸易的世界影响力。
<<This report analyzes the current situation of the industry of cultural communication in Beijing in 2017. It analyzes the status quo and problems in the cultural communication in Beijing from three aspects: the cultural communication in Beijing city,cultural diffusion and communication across China,and culture's “going abroad”. It proposes suggestions which including “improving the efficiency of public service”,“meeting the cultural gain of the people”,and “strengthening the world influence of cultural trade”.
