The achievements of the construction and utilization of the “Three Cultural Belts” in Beijing in 2017 are remarkable. This paper summarizes the current situation of the construction of the “Three Cultural Belts” from the following aspects： the protection and utilization of cultural relics along the “Three Cultural Belts”，the excavation of historical and cultural connotation and the improvement of the surrounding environment； and then analyze the existing problems and put forward relevant suggestions to deepen the construction of the “Three Cultural Belts”.
