Compared with those new reporters and editors，“the new migrant workers” specifically refer to those who serve as the supernumerary staff by a variety of forms in many news agencies. At present，their situation is not optimistic. This paper aims to make a systematic analysis and research on their employment situation，and give suggestions on this “News migrant workers”phenomenon.
