From the perspective of newly enacted and amended laws， regulations and policy documents in the field of mobile internet in 2017， the new characteristics of policies and regulations are generalized herein combined with the mobile internet development practices by summarizing typical cases and events. On this basis， the future legalized development of the mobile internet during 2018 is speculated to explore its legalized development patterns.
