The pattern by Venturing to increase employment in China is an innovation.this paper think，the lack of the entrepreneurial talent is one of the reasons which lead the high unemployment rate and the difficult employment of the college students.Therefore，the strengthening of enterprise education is imperative.Construction of the enterprise education system，it should be from China’s national conditions，the successful experience from abroad，focusing on construction includes all stages of education，covering all workers，throughout the national education system and improve the social support system of enterprise education system.Specifically，It should include three major subsystems：the goal of enterprise education system，the curriculum system and the social support system. <<
