Contemporary，the tide of economic globalization affected the political，cultural，educational and many other fields，in such a development trend，China’s personnel cultivation，particularly cultivation model of graduate education has been unprecedented challenges.As enlargement of enrollment scale，many problems occurred in our graduate education.The key to solve them lies in reform and innovation of education model.This paper dividends graduate education into application degree and research degree of two types on the basis of defining the orientation of college’s education.Considering different prospects，it proposes two applied models-cooperative model between college and enterprise，multiple model.According to the aim，means，process of cultivation，we set up the detailed plans. <<
